Course instructorHi, I am Leán Bakker, your course creator and instructor. I have a background as a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer and performance artist. I am qualified as a Voice Movement Therapy practitioner. The body is my core language. In 2018 I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening - it radically changed many things in my life and is a process of continuous unfolding. One of the benefits is the ability to enter a continuous orgasmic state which lasts for hours and hours and travels through the entire body like streams of light. We can call it Kundalini, or energy orgasms, or life-force, or Shakti, or chi... it is all the same thing. It points to the divine awareness of life-source within us. As part of my kundalini awakening, my root chakra got activated to and much to my surprise, my vagina woke up too! - an incredibly healing and empowering experience! I undertook several tantric and sacred sexuality trainings and started working as a sacred sexuality coach in 2019. I guide clients to become aware of the delicious flow of life-force energy inside their bodies. The awakening to this energy carries with it much more than full-body orgasmic bliss. It also opens the body to a realisation of higher consciousness which is not attached to any dogma or teaching. It is a personal inner self-realisation - a meeting of the Divine Creator Force inside us all. I have been doing my own experiential research with this energy flow inside my body and am busy writing a book about it - (first draft almost done). In 2024, I meditated in silence while moving my life-force for ten continuous days and experienced a radical dimensional shift and awakening. Proving to me that the body is in fact the gate to higher consciousness. I then found myself sliding back to normality again over time. My work now is to actively continue my personal research on the awakening process we access through our beautiful bodies. My dedication to my clients continuously points towards their own process of healing, aligning and awakening the their bliss, their liberation, and their expansion.
